Dr. Manning is the proud mother of 4 dynamic children who helped her realize that children can be motivated, inspired, and taught to accomplish great things.  As a single parent, Dr. Manning was inspired to share her theory with other parents and children in Millville, New Jersey particularly those families who were devastated by poverty, drugs and gang violence.  Through her volunteer work in afterschool and summer programs, Dr. Manning devise a learning plan of action that included consistent interaction with the children in a highly motivated and positive atmosphere.

This experience birthed the vision of Genius Kids Academy & Learning Institute.  Dr. Manning officially established Genius Kids Academy & Learning Institute in September 2017 and opened the early education center in January 2017.  The vision of Genius Kids Academy and Learning Institute is to provide resources to children that will transform their lives and shape their thinking by educating, motivating, and empowering them for their future.
