Thomas Bianco is the Director of Economic Development for Gloucester County.  As director he is responsible for business development for Gloucester County.  The goal of the department is to foster public/private partnerships in order to create an environment of sustainable growth through retaining, expanding and attracting quality businesses (Business Development) by developing an educated/trained workforce (Workforce Development WDB/WIOA, retaining and enhancing tourism and open space while providing a suitable living environment and expanding economic opportunities for all its citizens.

He is currently the Mayor in the Borough of Clayton and past school board president for the Clayton School District.  He serves on the Gloucester County United Way Board, currently the Chair of the Gloucester County Disabilities Advisory Council, member of the Gloucester County Parks & Golf Advisory Council, and a  member of the Gloucester County Animal Shelter Advisory Committee.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University, held a real estate license for over 20 years, and was a former division 1 soccer player at Boston University. 

Tom is married to Lynn and they have 4 children.
