In her capacity as Vice President of Programs and Operations, Richelle Todd-Yamoah is responsible for helping to strengthen the capacity of grantees in support of the Pascale Sykes Foundation’s mission and Whole Family Approach.

Todd-Yamoah joins the Pascale Sykes Foundation from the Fellowship House of South Camden, where she served as Executive Director in guiding the organization to provide educational support to children and families in South Camden, NJ.  She possesses a 20-year professional portfolio that includes teaching, advocacy, international community development, evaluation, program management and organizational administration.

The bulk of Todd-Yamoah’s career was spent with the American Friends Service Committee, where for 16 years she worked in various capacities for the Quaker organization, which is committed to global peace and social justice. As their Director of Program Support, Todd-Yamoah was directly responsible for leading the team that strengthened programs and produced demonstrable results.  

Todd-Yamoah is an alumna of the University of Maryland, College Park, and Rutgers University-Camden, where she, respectively, earned a B.A. in Sociology and Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Todd-Yamoah is a returned Peace Corps volunteer, having served in Cote D’Ivoire and Malawi.

Richelle currently serves on the Board of Musicopia/Dancing Classrooms Philly, and the South Jersey Community Foundation.
