Jim Donio is an entrepreneur with a 25 year history volunteering with philanthropic causes in South Jersey. He has founded or been the CEO of more than a dozen companies and was appointed as one of 12 founding members in the country to Facebook’s National Business Council. He is one of the co-founders of the Eagle Theatre and helped create the Hammonton Art District, along with coordinating the Stockton University-Hammonton Partnership. He is a past President of MainStreet Hammonton, former Chairperson of the Hammonton Environmental Commission, former Chairperson of the Hammonton Historic Preservation Commission and a founder of Hammonton First. He was a South Jersey Cultural Alliance Board Member and is the Mayor’s Advocate for Hammonton. He graduated from the Villanova University School of Business in 1998. Jim was recently honored with the Humanitarian Award by the National Sons of Italy Foundation, the New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson Award for volunteerism and community leadership, a Heartland Hero Award by the Pascale Sykes Foundation, an Encore Award by the South Jersey Cultural Alliance and a Top 40 Under 40 Award by AC Weekly Magazine.
