Traditional

Traditional grants are offered to non-profit agencies in Central New Jersey and Manhattan. Agencies are advised to call the Red Bank office before March 1 to receive preliminary approval of the project and schedule a site visit, after which Proposal Guidelines may be obtained.

Agencies in Central New Jersey and Manhattan have the opportunity to bring the Strengthening Families Initiative to their areas. Agencies interested in supporting whole individuals within whole families should call the Red Bank office to enroll in workgroups orienting them to the Whole Family Model and preparing them to submit a proposal.

South Jersey Strengthening Families Initiative

The South Jersey Strengthening Families Initiative funds collaborative efforts in Atlantic, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties, whose lead agency must have a 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS. Groups interested in submitting a proposal to the Pascale Sykes Foundation must call the Foundation office in the fall or early winter. The Foundation will hold workshops during the winter to prepare organizations for proposal submission in April.

The deadline to apply for the 2017-2018 grant cycle has passed. Please check back in late June 2017 for updates on our next grant cycle.

All Strengthening Families efforts use the Pascale Sykes Whole Family Model to serve their families.
